We are expanding our sales team and looking for a energetic Sales Engineer who can drive growth, build strong client relationships, and represent Engko with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new sales leads through market research, cold calling, references, online platforms, and customer visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams to ensure accurate customer requirements.
Conduct site visits and client meetings when required.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and orders to achieve sales targets.




Identify new business opportunities in industrial, construction, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
Explain product specifications, applications, advantages, and technical details to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure timely closure of sales.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Maintain sales reports, customer records, and enquiry status.

Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
1–5 years of experience in technical sales, industrial sales, construction, PEB, fabrication, or engin
