L1 Network Engineer — Onsite at a Coliving Community

We're hiring an L1 Network Engineer to keep a buzzing coliving community always-connected. You'll be first defense for the WiFi and LAN residents rely on for work, study, and daily life. When the network hums, the whole house hums.

What you'll do
Monitor, manage, and maintain WiFi and LAN infrastructure across the property
First responder for connectivity issues — diagnose, resolve, escalate
Handle Wi-Fi deployment end-to-end: site surveys, AP placement, configuration, validation
SSID configs, VLAN basics, IP addressing, DHCP, basic firewall rules, bandwidth allocation
Work with switches, routers, APs,



and structured cabling
- Maintain network diagrams, incident logs, and asset inventory
Coordinate with ISPs and L2/L3 teams for escalations
Support residents with quick, friendly troubleshooting
What we're looking for
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in CS, IT, ECE — or equivalent hands-on experience
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, WiFi standards
Familiarity with Ubiquiti, Cisco, TP-Link, MikroTik, or similar
Basic Windows + Linux CLI comfort
CCNA / Network+ a plus
Calm, explicit communicator who owns problems till solved
Willing to live onsite
