Your Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will:
Generate and convert qualified business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and corporate clients.
Understand client needs and recommend the right coaching, consulting, or training solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to onboarding.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Negotiate confidently while focusing on value-based selling.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Represent SelfDiscovery at seminars, networking events, and business meetings.

We're Looking For Someone Who




Has 3–6 years of experience in service selling, concept selling, consulting, coaching, education, or B2B sales.
Is an excellent communicator with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Enjoys interacting with entrepreneurs and senior decision-makers.
Is passionate about personal mastery, learning, and self-development.
Is proactive, disciplined, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Can build trust, handle objections professionally, and close deals with confidence.

Preferred
MBA or equivalent qualification (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience in premium service, consulting, training, or coaching sales.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
