Job Responsibilities:
Own all the architecture and design documentations for the customer and maintain up to date during the entire lifecycle of the service contract.
In-charge of the correct engineering of the technical solutions deployed for the customer.
Ensure coherence among the different customer service blocks (data, security, voice, video, datacenter, cloud, etc. ).
Analyze the impact of all operational and technical decisions keeping in mind the best interest of the customer
Accountable for complex technical change management validation and provide technical support for major complex changes.
Should have 3+ years relevant experience including IT infrastructure support, design, and implementation.

Having Storage, backup, HCI, network, security certification will be added advantage.
Experience in managing large scale IT infrastructure, datacenter, cloud support operation.
Robust analytical experience for solving technical issues, isolation of application / network performance / server / storage issues.
Experience of design, build and manage datacenter and cloud solutions.
Experience in Datacenter/Cloud migration consolidation.
Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture and DevOps principles.
