Area Manager Satara Region

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day control and operations of the gold loan branches under his area, ensuring effective and effective functioning, and contributing to the growth and profitability of Mag Finserv Co Ltd. The role involves managing a team, building customer relationships, achieving branch targets, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Manage Control and supervise staff under his area, providing leadership and guidance.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Implement strategies to attract and retain customers.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives.
Explore prospects for business growth and expansion.
Identify and capitalize on market trends and customer needs.

Oversee the processing of gold loan applications and approvals.
