Maintain service records, checklists, and maintenance reports.
Coordinate with customers and provide updates regarding service issues.
Ensure timely completion of assigned maintenance calls.
Follow company safety procedures and use required PPE.
Identify potential technical issues and report them to the supervisor.
Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
