Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Collections/Recovery
Job Responsibilities:
Handle collection and recovery activities for assigned loan accounts.
Conduct field visits and follow up with customers for overdue payments.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Maintain accurate collection records and update customer payment status.
Resolve customer queries related to outstanding dues.
Ensure adherence to company policies and collection processes.
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Collections, Recovery, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
Solid communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
