We are looking for a Billing & Estimation Engineer with hands-on experience in Bar Bending Schedule (BBS), BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, and billing for RCC construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
Develop BOQs and detailed cost estimates.
Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
Generate RA Bills and final bills for clients.
Verify subcontractor bills and work measurements.
Maintain project billing records and documentation.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers.
Monitor project costs and support cost control activities.
Prepare project cost analysis and estimation reports.
Required Skills
Solid knowledge of RCC quantities, BBS, BOQ, and estimation.
Experience in client and subcontractor billing.
Ability to interpret structural drawings.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
Valuable analytical and documentation skills.
Qualification
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
