We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies, strengthen client relationships, generate business leads, and support the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, doctors, clinics, and corporate customers.
Promote the company's diagnostic services, health packages, and other offerings.
Conduct regular market visits and understand customer requirements and market trends.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into business.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets.
Prepare regular reports on leads, client visits, conversions, and business performance.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Participate in health camps, promotional activities, exhibitions, and corporate events.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
Support digital and offline marketing initiatives as required.
