About the Role:

WatchYourHealth.com Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Executives to join our Diabetes Helpline Team. The role involves providing post-sales support to patients using Continuous Glucose Monitoring Systems (CGMS) and ensuring a seamless customer experience through calls, emails, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries professionally.
Assist customers with document verification and related queries.
Resolve product-related questions and provide accurate information.
Guide patients on post-sales support for CGMS devices.
Maintain complete and accurate records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.




Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications:

Candidates from healthcare or science backgrounds are preferred.
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Science
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Nutrition / Dietetics
BPT / MPT – Physiotherapy
Bachelor's / Master's in Psychology
Other relevant healthcare or life-science qualifications may also be considered.

Mandatory Skills:
Fluent Malayalam – Mandatory
Valuable command of English and Hindi
Excellent verbal communication and interperson
