Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Manage offer releases, onboarding, and recruitment MIS.
Meet hiring targets within timelines.
Qualifications
Any Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
1–3 years of recruitment experience.
Bulk hiring experience is mandatory.
Positive communication and MS Office skills.
