ATM Mitra – Job DescriptionPosition: ATM Mitra / ATM Executive

Department: Banking Operations

Job Type: Full time

Work Location: Field-based
Roles & ResponsibilitiesVisit assigned ATMs regularly and ensure proper functioning.
Check ATM availability, cleanliness, and basic operational issues.
Coordinate for cash replenishment and avoid ATM cash-out situations.
Check receipt paper, ribbons, cartridges, and other consumables.
Report ATM technical issues to the concerned support/vendor team.
Perform basic ATM balancing and operational checks as per company/bank process.
Coordinate with bank branches, cash-in-transit teams, and service vendors.
Maintain daily visit/service reports and update the required system.
Escalate any security, cash, or technical issue immediately.
Ensure assigned ATMs maintain maximum uptime and service availability.
Candidate RequirementsEducation: 10th / 12th / Any Graduate
Experience:



Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication and basic smartphone knowledge.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Basic knowledge of banking/ATM operations is an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
