About DACS

DACS is a fast-growing consumer electronics and home-appliance brand, with products across Televisions, Washing Machines and Air Conditioners.

As we expand our business, distribution network and operations, we are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain day-to-day books of accounts, vouchers, journal entries and ledgers.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing and collections accounting.
Perform regular bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare and verify GST, TDS and other statutory compliance data and coordinate with consultants.
Manage distributor, dealer, vendor and customer accounts and outstanding reconciliation.
Support monthly closing, MIS, expense reporting and financial reporting.
Monitor receivables, payables and ageing reports.
Verify invoices,



debit/credit notes and supporting documents.
Assist in audit, taxation and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company accounting policies.
Work closely with Sales, Purchase, Finance and Operations teams.
Candidate ProfileGraduate in B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter will be an advantage.
2–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
Positive knowledge of Tally / ERP, MS Excel, GST and TDS.
Experience in consumer electronics, trading, distribution or manufacturing will be preferred.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key KPIsAccuracy and timely completion of accounting entries.
Timely reconciliation of customer, vendor and bank accounts.
Timely GST/TDS and statutory compliance support.
Receivables and payables reconciliation and ageing control.
Timely monthly closing and MIS reporting.
Audit readiness and adherence to accounting policies.
