About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Executive with robust hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, paid lead generation, campaign optimization, and budget management.

The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven and capable of independently managing paid campaigns, optimizing performance, controlling acquisition costs, and scaling campaigns based on measurable results.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Handle Search, Display, Video, Remarketing, Shopping, and Lead Generation campaigns.
Develop paid media strategies aligned with business and lead-generation objectives.
Monitor daily campaign performance and advertising spend.
Optimize targeting, bidding, audiences,



keywords, ad copy, creatives, and placements.
Conduct A/B testing of campaigns, audiences, creatives, and landing pages.
Reduce CPL and CPA while improving conversion rates and ROAS.
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Build and optimize remarketing, custom, and lookalike audiences.
Monitor campaign metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Identify campaign issues and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
Manage advertising budgets and recommend budget reallocations based on performance.
Work with designers, content teams, developers, and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
Stay updated with Google and Meta advertising platform changes and policies.

Must-Have Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Performance Marketing/Paid Media experience.
Robust practical experience with Google Ad
