Prepare monthly income statements and balance sheets.
Run internal audits to stop fraud and cash leaks.
Resolve guest billing disputes.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws and government rules.

Strategy and Management
Advise the general manager on money decisions.
Find ways to cut costs without hurting guest service.
Manage cash flow for low and high tourist seasons.
Lead and train the hotel accounting team.
