Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the complete operations of a restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experience, smooth daily operations, team performance, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day restaurant operations.
Lead, train, and motivate the F&B; service team.
Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor restaurant sales, revenue, and operational performance.
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and manpower requirements.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor inventory, wastage, stock levels, and operational costs.




Drive upselling and promotional activities to achieve revenue targets.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to company SOPs.
Prepare operational reports and share updates with management.
Support events, special occasions, and high-volume service operations.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 8+ years of experience in restaurant/F&B; operations.
Solid leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and cost control.
Ability to handle high-volume operations and challenging situations.
Solid customer-service orientation with a professional approach.
Experience in reputed restaurants, bars, hotels, or hospitality brands will be preferred.
