Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter with a robust background in IT Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing high-quality technical talent, and partnering with hiring managers to meet business hiring goals.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT contract and permanent positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and vendor partnerships.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates and stakeholders.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent across various technologies.
Negotiate rates, compensation, and joining timelines with candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.




Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain recruitment reports, ATS records, and hiring metrics.
Support vendor management and contract staffing operations when required.

Required Skills
5–8 years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Contract Staffing.
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, DevOps, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with IT services, staffing, or consulting organizations.
