About the Role

We are looking for polite, energetic and customer-focused Stewards to join our Café & Restaurant team in Dhanbad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a pleasant personality and a skilled approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide attentive and professional service.
Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen or café counter.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally.
Ensure tables are clean, organized and ready for customers.
Explain menu items and assist customers with basic queries.
Coordinate with kitchen and café staff for smooth service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining and service areas.
Handle customer requests and feedback politely.

Required Skills & Experience
Previous restaurant, café or hospitality experience is preferred.




Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Ability to work efficiently during busy service hours.
Team-oriented, punctual and responsible.
Willingness to learn and follow restaurant service standards.
