Support the creation of a standardized store-level space and visual database across Helios and Titan World stores to enable effective space management, accurate brand-level performance evaluation, and future layout optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct physical store mapping and capture total store area.
Record fixture-wise and brand-wise space allocation.
Document shelf counts and display capacities as per approved merchandising layouts.
Compare approved layouts with actual store execution and identify deviations, including header/signage mismatches.
Capture and organize store photographs and videos to build a location-wise visual repository.
Create and maintain a master database covering store layouts, space allocation, and compliance observations.
Provide periodic progress updates and project findings.

Eligibility
Pursuing/completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Retail Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines.
Robust analytical, documentation, and Excel skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to undertake store visits.
