About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Staffing.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the US staffing market and experience marketing IT consultants, identifying suitable requirements, communicating with vendors/recruiters, negotiating rates, submitting profiles, and driving consultants toward interviews and placements.

This is a highly target-oriented and performance-driven role for someone who understands the complete bench sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Market and represent IT consultants who are available on bench.
Identify suitable job requirements for consultants based on skills, experience, location, and work authorization.
Search and source requirements through vendor portals, LinkedIn, job boards, recruiter networks, and other channels.
Establish and maintain relationships with US-based recruiters, vendors, implementation partners, and staffing companies.
Send consultant profiles to relevant requirements and manage submissions.




Communicate with recruiters and vendors regarding requirements, rates, location, work authorization, and interview processes.
Negotiate hourly rates and other commercial terms with vendors when required.
Follow up consistently on submitted profiles and identify interview opportunities.
Coordinate interviews between consultants and recruiters/clients.
Track submissions, interviews, feedback, and placements.
Maintain accurate consultant and vendor information in internal databases, ATS, CRM, or Google Sheets.
Build and maintain a solid network of US IT recruiters and vendors.
Continuously identify recent requirements and opportunities for consultants.
Assist consultants with interview preparation and recruitment-process coordination.
Ensure regular follow-ups with both consultants and vendors throughout the hiring process.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
