Job Description
Implement and support ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps)
Vulnerability Response (VR) module.
Configure Vulnerability Response workflows, assignment rules, remediation tasks, and vulnerability groups.
Integrate vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or similar with ServiceNow VR.
Configure CMDB mappings and ensure accurate CI correlation for vulnerability data.
Support Security Operations processes and ensure compliance with organizational security standards.
Required Skills
ServiceNow Vulnerability Response
Robust experience in ServiceNow Platform Administration and Development.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR).
ServiceNow describes VR as a solution that consolidates
vulnerability findings, maps them to CMDB assets, prioritizes risk, and supports remediation workflows.
Knowledge of SecOps modules and vulnerability lifecycle management.
Experience integrating vulnerability scanners (Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, etc.).
Solid scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
