About the Role

WanderNova is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented B2C Travel Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, suggesting suitable packages and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities
Handle B2C enquiries for both Domestic and International travel.
Understand customer requirements, budget and travel preferences.
Recommend suitable destinations, itineraries, hotels and travel packages.
Prepare quotations and customized travel packages for customers.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
Build positive relationships with customers and ensure a smooth booking experience.
Stay updated with destinations,



travel products, hotels and current market trends.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.

Requirements
6 months–2 years of experience in B2C Travel Sales preferred.
Good knowledge of Domestic & International destinations.
Experience in selling holiday packages will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales.
Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups.
Candidates from the travel industry are preferred.
