Responsible for installation, commissioning and repairs and maintenance of EPBAX, CCTV, Access Control, Bio-Matrix, etc.
Site Survey
Client Interaction On requirement of client
Material / equipment’s required
Coordination with internal teams regarding material / supply / installation
Attending AMC calls, allotted by Service Department
Handling Service Team
Co-ordination with Technical Team & IT Team
Handling the queries of clients and solve their queries within TAT with help of other teams.
Client retention.
Any other activity assigned by the Management.
