About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can generate new business, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills with a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, meetings, references, and networking.
Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions.
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions with clients.
Negotiate with clients and close deals as per company requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients.
Track sales activities,



leads, and opportunities in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and client onboarding.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales / Corporate Sales.
