Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved plans.
Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct regular site inspections and identify any issues requiring immediate attention.
Maintain site records, progress reports, and material usage details.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at the site.
Verify measurements and monitor installation quality.
Report daily progress and site updates to the management.
Resolve in office issues and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely completion of work.

Mandatory Requirements
Must be a resident of Bhubaneswar.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving licence, as frequent travel between project sites is required.

Preferred Skills
Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
Attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
