Career Advisor / Sales Executive USA Client

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, motivated, and target-oriented Career Advisor / Sales Executive to work with US clients and candidates. The role involves communicating with clients/candidates, understanding their career requirements, explaining suitable career and placement prospects, and converting leads into successful business.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with US clients and candidates through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online meetings.
Understand client and candidate requirements and provide appropriate career/placement solutions.
Conduct sales consultations and explain services, opportunities, and processes clearly.
Follow up with leads and maintain solid client/candidate relationships.
Handle questions, concerns, and objections professionally.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM systems.
Coordinate with recruitment and placement teams.




Build long-term relationships with US clients and candidates.
Generate and convert leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels.

Required Skills
High-level English fluency is mandatory.
Excellent spoken and written English communication.
Strong US-client communication and telephone etiquette.
Excellent sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
Confident in handling US-based clients and candidates.
Robust follow-up and relationship-management skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and energetic.
Good knowledge of CRM, MS Office, Google Workspace, email, and communication tools.
Ability to work effectively during US business hours.
