We are looking for a Credit Control Executive for the Accounts Department of our multi-location petrol pump network.
Responsibilities
Monitor party-wise fuel credit sales, outstanding and credit limits.
Ensure customers do not exceed approved credit limits.
Check billing accuracy and proper billing/payment cycles.
Follow up with credit customers for timely payments.
Prepare regular ageing and outstanding reports.
Analyse party-wise fuel sales, payment behaviour and profitability.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing/payment issues.
Coordinate for Credit Sales Agreements, KYC and security cheques.
Highlight overdue, high-risk or low-profit customers to management.
Recommend increase, reduction or stopping of credit limits where required.
Requirements
Graduate in Commerce/Accounts preferred.
Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Billing or Collections.
Positive knowledge of Excel and Tally/ERP.
Robust communication, follow-up and analytical skills.
