Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to interact with prospective and existing customers over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining products/services, understanding customer requirements, generating leads, following up with prospects, and maintaining accurate call records.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products, services, offers, and other relevant information clearly.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
Follow up with interested customers and prospects.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
Update customer information in CRM/software or other company databases.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling or sales targets.




Coordinate with the sales/customer support team when required.
Collect customer feedback and communicate important information to the concerned team.
Maintain professional and polite telephone etiquette at all times.

Ability to handle customer objections and rejection professionally.
Basic computer knowledge.

Languages
Good communication in English and Hindi (Optional).
Knowledge of the local/regional language will be an added advantage.
