Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
15+ years of relevant experience in Contracts & Procurement within the real-estate/construction industry.
Proven experience handling multiple residential and commercial projects.
Experience in 30+ floor high-rise residential projects is mandatory/preferred.
Experience in large commercial developments will be highly valued.
Robust hands-on experience in tendering, BOQ/rate analysis, negotiations, contract finalisation, work orders, variations, claims, and contract administration.
