Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate with dealers, sales team and customers for orders.
Follow up on quotations, orders and pending requirements.
Regularly follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Maintain customer-wise outstanding/payment records.
Coordinate with accounts and sales teams for payment collection.
Send payment reminders through WhatsApp and phone calls.
Track promised payment dates and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with dispatch/logistics regarding customer orders.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and payment follow-up reports.
Maintain proper customer and dealer data in Excel/CRM.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Back Office, Telecalling, Collections or similar role.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Should be organised, responsible and comfortable speaking with dealers/customers.
Experience in plywood, laminates, interior products, building materials or hardware will be an advantage.
