We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Store Manager to lead our store operations, drive sales, and build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Lead sales activities and achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
Handle customers professionally and ensure excellent customer service.
Conduct regular follow up calls to retain existing customers and encourage repeat visits.
Build and maintain robust, long term customer relationships.
Monitor store performance, staff activities, stock, and daily requirements.
Take initiative to improve sales and overall store performance.

Requirements:
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
Valid 4 wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Positive organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills.
Previous experience in retail/store management or sales will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
