About the Role

As a Full-Stack Senior Product Software Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and engineering teams on the design and implementation of innovative products and features, contributing to the evolution of user-centric advertising at scale. You’ll exercise technical ownership, provide peer mentoring, and ensure our systems are robust, observable, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and support scalable microservices and user interfaces for Disney’s Ad Platform, leveraging Java and contemporary front-end frameworks.
Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering peers to deliver features that enhance user-centric advertising.
Translate user stories into actionable engineering tasks with ownership from development through deployment.
Mentor and support teammates through code reviews, documentation, and informal guidance (no direct reports).
Improve system observability by implementing metrics, monitoring, and alerting solutions.
Participate in on-call rotations as part of our commitment to operational excellence.
Champion best practices in code quality, automated testing, and agile workflows.
