Senior Barista / Beverage Lead – Coffee NetworkCoffee Network is looking for an experienced Senior Barista / Beverage Lead to oversee beverage operations across both Jaipur outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the barista team across both outlets.
Ensure consistency in coffee quality, recipes, presentation, and service.
Train and mentor junior baristas.
Monitor espresso extraction, grinder calibration, beverage quality, and wastage.
Ensure beverage SOPs, hygiene, and bar standards are followed.
Manage beverage inventory and coordinate equipment maintenance.
Assist with development and testing of current beverages.
Take overall ownership of beverage operations across both stores.

Requirements:
3+ years of barista experience, preferably in specialty coffee.
Robust knowledge of espresso, milk steaming, and coffee equipment.
Positive leadership and training skills.
Passion for coffee, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
