Full-Time Junior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our design team full time and work on real-world mobile and web product projects across different industries.

You will work closely with the design lead to turn product requirements and ideas into clean, up-to-date and user-friendly digital experiences.

This is a hands-on role. You will be involved in the complete design execution process — from understanding requirements and creating user flows to designing high-fidelity screens, prototypes and making iterations based on feedback.

What You’ll Be Doing
Design mobile and web application interfaces in Figma
Create user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI screens
Convert product requirements into practical UX solutions
Create clickable prototypes for presentations and testing
Work on design iterations based on client and stakeholder feedback
Maintain consistent typography, spacing, components and design systems




Create responsive designs for different screen sizes
Collaborate with the design lead and development team
Prepare designs for developer handoff
Research and explore existing products for UX inspiration and competitive analysis
Work across multiple projects and adapt to different brand styles
Continuously improve designs based on usability and feedback

What We’re Looking For

Must Have:
Good understanding of UI/UX fundamentals
Strong working knowledge of Figma
Understanding of layouts, typography, spacing, grids, colour and visual hierarchy
Ability to create clean and modern UI designs
Basic understanding of UX, user flows and information architecture
Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
Robust attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines

Nice to Have:
Experience designing mobile apps and webs
