Floor Manager – Dental ClinicDenza Dental Center, Kharadi, Pune is looking for a responsible and experienced Floor Manager to manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily floor and clinic operations efficiently.
Coordinate between doctors, dental assistants, reception/front-desk staff, and patients.
Ensure smooth patient flow and minimize waiting time.
Manage appointments, schedules, and patient coordination.
Handle patient queries and ensure a professional patient experience.
Supervise clinic staff and monitor their daily responsibilities.
Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper functioning of the clinic.
Coordinate with the team regarding treatment schedules and follow-ups.
Assist with billing, payments, records, and basic administrative work.




Handle day-to-day operational issues and resolve them promptly.
Maintain proper coordination and communication within the clinic team.
Ensure clinic policies, procedures, and service standards are followed.

Requirements:
Previous experience in clinic/hospital/hospitality/front-office/operations management preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good leadership and team-management abilities.
Robust organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.
Professional, presentable, and patient-friendly personality.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced healthcare workplace.
