Job Responsibilities
Identify and onboard current B2B travel agents and clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing travel agents and clients.
Promote and sell travel packages, hotels, flights, MICE and other travel products.
Handle enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups for maximum conversion.
Conduct regular calls, meetings and field visits with travel agents and clients.
Generate new business opportunities through market visits and networking.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
Maintain regular records of calls, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.
Keep clients updated about recent products, offers, promotions and destinations.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in travel sales or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Good command of English and Hindi.
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Basic knowledge of travel products, destinations, hotels and flights.
Comfortable with field sales, client meetings and regular market visits.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Email and WhatsApp.
Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-driven.
Good knowledge of the Kanpur travel-agent market will be an advantage.
