We are looking for a agile and results-driven professional with 5–7 years of experience in the FMCG/Food industry to lead sales growth and strengthen our market presence.

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
5–7 years of experience in the FMCG/Food sector
Strong market relationships and networking skills
Ability to appoint and develop distributors/channel partners
Experience in handling CSA operations
Strong sales, negotiation, and team management skills
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving business goals

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth and achieve regional business targets
Develop and manage distributor and channel partner networks
Build and maintain strong market relationships
Identify recent business prospects and expand market reach
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Ensure smooth coordination with distributors, CSA, and internal teams

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
