Drive planning, execution, solution design, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices while remaining hands-on with software development, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions.

What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with Product Management, Architects, Engineering, and Customer teams to define technical solutions, prioritize work, and manage project risks and dependencies.
Remain hands-on by participating in architecture discussions, solution design, coding sessions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Mentor engineers by providing technical guidance, reviewing designs and implementations, and fostering engineering best practices across the team.
Drive engineering excellence through clean code practices, CI/CD, DevOps, automation, security, observability, and operational readiness.
Monitor project health, communicate progress to stakeholders,
