Hiring Senior Manager / AGM-Accounts & Finance

Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage overall Accounts & Finance functions of the organization.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Ensure accurate accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash flow, and bank reconciliations.
Manage working capital, cash-flow planning, and fund requirements.
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
Review tax computations, returns, assessments, and statutory filings.




Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial plans, and variance analysis.
Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and accounting processes.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Support business decisions through financial analysis, costing, profitability analysis, and forecasting.
Lead and mentor the Accounts & Finance team and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Identify process improvements, cost-control prospects, and financial risks.
Support management in audits, due diligence, banking arrangements, and other financial projects.
