Drive lead generation campaigns for recruitment, staffing, executive search, and HR consulting services.
Build and enhance the company's online brand presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Develop content strategies including blogs, case studies, employer branding, client success stories, newsletters, and recruitment campaigns.
Manage the company website, landing pages, and digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Lead SEO initiatives to improve organic rankings, website traffic, and domain authority.
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools,



providing actionable insights and ROI reports.
Manage marketing budgets and maximize campaign ROI through continuous optimization.
Collaborate with recruitment, sales, and leadership teams to support hiring campaigns and business development initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, AI-driven marketing tools, and emerging digital technologies.
Lead, mentor, and develop junior marketing team members and coordinate with external agencies or vendors when required.

Required Skills
Robust expertise in Digital Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management.
Advanced knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
