Operations Guard: Monitor office premises by walking around and observing staff activities, ensure compliance with safety protocols, prevent disruptions, maintain a calm and qualified atmosphere, assist with access control (visitors, deliveries), report incidents, and provide basic support during emergencies. Act as a bodyguard for key personnel if needed, with emphasis on de-escalation and positive interactions. Required: Basic security training (e.g., certifications in guard duties, first aid, or conflict resolution), physical fitness, solid observational skills, and positive communication. Experience in security, military, or similar fields is a plus; reliable freshers with a commitment to safety are welcome.
