We are seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer and Mentor to join our team in Pune. This role involves both hands-on development of robust .NET applications and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the .NET framework and related technologies, along with a passion for guiding and nurturing talent.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement front-end and back-end solutions.
Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
Leverage cloud services (Azure, AWS) for deployment and scaling when necessary.
Mentorship Tasks:
Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and conducting code reviews.
Share best practices for software development, Agile methodologies, and .NET technologies.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on front-end and back-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React), and .NET tools.
Help team members solve technical challenges and improve problem-solving skills.




Stay up-to-date with the latest .NET trends and technologies
Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of qualified experience in .NET development.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS and CI/CD pipelines.
Robust understanding of OOP principles, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
Prior experience mentoring or training developers is highly desirable.
