Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, or related disciplines
Core Responsibilities
Own end-to-end execution of events, webinars, podcasts, AI talks, conferences, and campus recognition programs.
Act as the central coordination point between Sales, Engagement, Content, Webinar, Design, Video, and other internal teams.
Convert business goals, leadership ideas, and client/campus commitments into structured execution plans with transparent timelines, owners, deliverables, and dependencies.
Plan and manage event workflows from ideation, research, agenda creation, speaker coordination, content planning, outreach, promotion, logistics, execution, and post-event follow-up.
Work with the Content team to develop event themes, speaker notes, session flow, scripts, podcast questions, webinar content, communication copy, and post-event summaries.




Coordinate with Design and Video teams for creatives, invites, banners, social media assets, certificates, presentations, teaser videos, and post-event videos.
Manage campus-level programs such as student recognition events, award ceremonies, placement-focused sessions, training platform events, and AI-led student engagement initiatives.
Coordinate speaker outreach, participant communication, registration tracking, dry runs, calendar invites, reminders, and event-day readiness.
Ensure all internal teams are aligned on upcoming deliverables, deadlines, interdependencies, and execution responsibilities.
Run regular sync-ups and follow-ups to resolve blockers, manage conflicting priorities, and keep execution on track.
Maintain program trackers, event calendars, SOPs, checklists, run-sheets, and post-program reports.
Track program status, risks, delays, resource gaps, and dependencies, and provide timely
