About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Executive who can manage the day-to-day operational workflow of the organisation and ensure that work moves smoothly from lead generation to client onboarding, execution, follow-up, completion, and payment collection.

The candidate will be responsible for managing ClickUp / CRM / MIS, coordinating with clients and internal team members, maintaining proper records, preparing regular reports, handling routine client communication, and ensuring timely follow-up on all pending activities.

This is a hands-on operations rolerequiring robust organisational skills, communication, follow-up ability, and ownership of assigned work.

Key Responsibilities
CRM / ClickUp / MIS Management

* Manage and regularly update ClickUp, CRM, MIS, or similar workflow management systems.

* Enter and maintain complete records of leads, clients, assignments, documents, tasks, deadlines, and payments.

* Create and assign tasks and track their status until completion.

Ensure every client/case has a clearly defined status, next action,



responsible person, and deadline*.

* Maintain accurate and updated client and lead databases.

* Ensure that no task, lead, client requirement, or follow-up is missed.
End-to-End Operations & Workflow Management

Manage and track the workflow from:

Lead Generation → Lead Entry → Client Contact → Requirement Collection → Quotation → Client Confirmation → Task Assignment → Internal Coordination → Work Progress → Client Follow-Up → Completion → Invoice/Payment Follow-Up → Closure

* Track each lead and client assignment from beginning to completion.

* Follow up with internal team members regarding pending tasks.

* Monitor deadlines and identify delayed or overdue work.

* Escalate key delays or issues to management.

* Ensure the next action is always clearly recorded in the system.
