We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and self-driven Business Development Executives to expand our Air Ambulance business. This is a field sales (hunter) role focused on identifying recent business opportunities, building referral networks, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career specialists who enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
Identify and acquire recent referral partners through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Build relationships with hospitals, doctors, emergency departments, corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, and healthcare partners.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
Conduct presentations and educate stakeholders about Red.Health's Air Ambulance services.

Sales & Revenue Generation
Meet monthly and quarterly business acquisition targets.
Develop a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.




Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.

Relationship Management
Maintain solid relationships with existing partners to encourage repeat referrals.
Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Identify recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Represent Red.Health at healthcare events and networking forums.

Reporting
Share daily activity reports and weekly sales updates with the reporting manager.

Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, Healthcare Sales, or B2B Sales.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
