Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth service.
Supervise service, cashier and housekeeping staff.
Ensure proper billing and cash handling.
Monitor daily sales and achieve outlet targets.
Maintain high standards of customer service.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow.
Monitor stock, wastage and inventory requirements.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and discipline at the outlet.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Ensure staff attendance, grooming and punctuality.
Prepare and submit daily sales/operational reports.
Ensure all SOPs and company policies are followed.
Coordinate with vendors and management when required.
Take complete ownership of the outlet in the absence of the owner.
