Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to craft high-quality beverages and deliver a warm, consistent customer experience. This role is central to our café operations and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a range of beverages including coffee, tea, cold brews, smoothies, and health drinks
Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and brewing equipment efficiently
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portioning
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times
Engage with customers, take orders, and recommend beverages
Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables




Assist in developing new beverage recipes aligned with Yellolife’s health philosophy
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Skills & Requirements
Prior experience as a barista or in beverage preparation preferred
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques (espresso, pour-over, French press, etc.)
Basic understanding of health beverages (smoothies, plant-based drinks, functional drinks) is a plus
Robust communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Attention to detail and consistency
