Maintenance Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Plan shutdown maintenance and minimize production downtime
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, spares, and resources
Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives
Improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
Equipment Reliability
Analyze breakdowns using root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Drive TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) initiatives.
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical & hydraulic presses, feeders, decoilers, straighteners, and die systems.
Oversee maintenance of utilities (compressors, DG sets, HVAC, etc.)
Cost Control & Budgeting
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets
Optimize inventory of spare parts and consumables
Reduce maintenance cost through continuous improvement
Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations
Implement secure maintenance practices and audits
Maintain documentation for audits (ISO/TS, IATF-16949,VSA etc.)
Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge SAP
Solid knowledge of Paint Shop, Press shop hydraulics, and pneumatics machine
Problem-solving and analytical thinking
Robust communication and decision-making skills
