Customers ko payment due date aur outstanding amount ki information dena.
Payment collection ke liye customers ko politely convince aur guide karna.
Daily calling targets aur recovery targets achieve karna.
Customer queries aur payment-related concerns ko handle karna.
Call details aur payment follow-ups ka proper record maintain karna.
Team leader/manager ko daily work aur recovery status report karna.
Required SkillsGood communication skills, Hindi bolna aana zaroori.
Basic English communication preferred.
Customer handling aur convincing skills.
Target-oriented approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
