Position: Backend Executive – Sales Support
Experience: Fresher
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Executive to support the Sales Team with day-to-day coordination, documentation, data management, reporting, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have positive command over MS Excel, solid attention to detail, and positive coordination and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide backend support to the Sales Team for day-to-day sales activities.
Prepare, maintain, and update sales-related reports and MIS on a regular basis.
Handle and maintain Purchase Orders (POs), sales documents, and related records.
Perform accurate data entry and data management in Excel and internal systems.
Prepare and maintain Excel trackers, dashboards, and reports as required.
Use Advanced MS Excel functions for data analysis, reporting, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding pending requirements, orders,



documents, and other queries.
Handle and resolve sales-related backend queries through proper coordination with concerned departments.
Conduct regular follow-ups and reminders with the Sales Team and other concerned departments for pending activities.
Track pending orders, documents, approvals, and other sales-related tasks and ensure timely closure.
Maintain proper documentation and records of sales-related activities.
Support the Sales Team in preparing data, reports, and other information required for reviews and meetings.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Accounts, Dispatch, Production, and Operations wherever required.
Ensure timely updating of trackers and maintain accuracy of all records.
Perform other backend and administrative tasks related to Sales Support as assigned by the reporting manager.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, preferably Advanced Excel.
